Well everything in this business is training & followup. Sometimes we do things our own way when we know we are not doing it the right way.
I have a Pro Artist in Jacksonville who came on board with me several months ago. She did her kick off makeup event and of course allot of her people stood her up. I had driven from Miami to Jacksonville for it. I knew she was down about her people but I tried to encourage her that day and still reassured her that that happens but keep moving forward...
But shame on me I didn't followup with her the way I should have when I got back to Miami. I just assumed she would feel more comfortable calling me and just asking me questions if she had any. We messaged a couple times via FB but I didn't think she had questions.
Fast forward to last week. One of my partners downline in Orlando just sponsored a makeup artist in Jacksonville so I connected them. I finally spoke to my Pro Artist yesterday. She was on her way to meet at a Starbucks with the other artist to brainstorm ideas to build the business over there. She was so excited to finally be working with another person that is a makeup artist doing Motives in Jacksonville.
Anyway she had tons of questions and I didn't even know. So followup & training is so important at what ever level they are in. And sometimes we should just ASK 'do you have any questions or concerns?"
