MIAMI MOTIVES MONDAY MAKEUP MOMENTUM!!!

Yes, I have allot to update you on. We have changed the Miami Motives Monday Makeup Madness to MOMENTUM! Towards the end of last year we noticed the Monday Madness was losing its MOTIVATION. It was turning out to be where we were just hanging out on Mondays so we regrouped. Its funny how everything happens for a reason.  Estrella, our favorite star moved to a nice building near the center of Miami, this building just happens to have a nice meeting room on the 4th floor that we have taken over. Anyway while revamping our Monday Motives we decided to do the Monday Makeup 2 times per month at her very nice business room and take 2 Mondays off for conference calls for business building & motivation. But there was still something bothering me about how it was worded. Then it hit me! Ugh the Miami Motives Monday Makeup Madness was a Madness! I needed to take the madness out becuase it was turning out to be just that! Now that we a set location 2 times per month its not a madness anymore,  the best thing we could of done! Last week Monday was our 1st MIAMI MOTIVES MONDAY MAKEUP MOMENTUM. We began promptly at 630pm  with showing  4 videos the Loren sizzlereel, my favorite clip every time I see it I get chills! The new cosmetic line Destination Beauty, The Lala photo shoot and Deco Drive announcing Lala Anthony partnering with non other Motives by Loren Ridinger and giving birth to Motives for Lala. I had a guest come and she was really impressed. Lilly passed out face charts and had everyone sit. Then Lilly introduced herself and our business. Estrella then did the full makeup demo.Which she did an awsome job. I even did some recording for the next step in youtubing our Miami Motives Monday Makeup Momentum. We asked questions tried some product and we were done before 8pm. I booked my followup with my guest we took some pics and my guest left. Then Patty broke out some  amazing cupcakes and we then sang Happy Birthday to Estrella because it happened to be her birthday over the weekend. Oh and by the way her boyfriend Ralph happened to propose also over the weekend. So none the less our 1st makeup MOMENTUM ended with allot of great notes. Congrats to Estrella and Ralph they are the most amazing couple I know. I truely adore them! They are meant for each other. We are gonna have some very happy fun times coming up :)
Tonight will be our off day, so we are having our 1st conference call tonight. So I will update you tomorrow.
