The power of Leverage!!!

Today was quiet I wasn't doing too much work today, I was working on just personal stuff that I needed to catch up with. But then I get a call from my Super Duper Michelle Mochatonix! As always she is on a rampage. I love her so much! She works sooooo hard. She has already won multiple challenges. She won UFO & the Motives challenge and she already has qualified for the Motives challenge again and its not due till July!. She brings in business partners at least 1-3 per week between her and the organization she is building. That is really good and for me its awesome!  I know that I have nothing to worry about on 1 of my organizations because she truly is a leader. My favorite nut! 
So whats the power of leverage?
The power is Michelle is working harder than I do. Michelle is PASSIONATE about this business. I got her connected into A System that has been working for 20 years. Because of that training she Gets It and works really hard at her business. She gets 100 % of her efforts but so do I because someone I had, told Michelle and now Michelle just happens to be mine too 100%.
Michelle is the type that loves to vent BUT NEVER finishes a call without finishing on positive notes! She will then go on to saying " ok enough about those losers now let me tell you about all the new people I'm bringing to so & so meeting, or I have so & so kick off coming this week, or I'm registering another new business partner etc...... She never gets stuck on the dot!
The only great problem I have is that I have to duplicate her in my other organization. But that's not difficult at all because I know that there are tons of nuts out there and I continue to seek them out and MAKEUP history!
