Prejudging

Prejudging is a real bad habit people have. I will admit that I am one of the most guilty of that! I had a very interesting meeting today. I meet with a young beauty professional with the desire to succeed. At first I didn't think that of her. I just assumed she was a beauty professional just wanting to sell her service and that I would have to some work showing why the top 5% get there. But this young entrepreneur gave me her two minute commercial of why she wanted to succeed. Why this type of business is interesting to her. I was shocked! I'm embarrassed to say how much I prejudged her. I was thinking this meeting was going to be practice, instead I may have a real winner! She totally understood that this business will require training. She understood that she may have to travel to get some training. She acknowledged that this is not a get rich quick that it will require some work commitment and desire. Wow what a winner! She even gave me 3 names with numbers! That was easy!
I love my business!
And I will continue to find that top 5% because they are out there!
