South Floridas local business seminar

Whats that the local seminar? Yes the local seminar this Saturday is going to be an awesome one! Kieth Doyle the featured speaker is a Million Dollar Club Member. That just means that he knows what he's talking about because he built this business according to the blue print and has made over a Million Dollars in commissions. I really like Keith Doyle because of his background. He wasn't born with a silver spoon in his mouth he was a hustler. He became a successful real estate broker before this business but he admits he was successful but had no time. When he realized that he had no time he really evaluated this business and committed to really building it. He built the business to an ongoing residual income by the end of the 1st year! That's exciting to me, because I have my real estate background not like Keith of course but I didn't want to see myself working 60 hours a week to make allot of money! I disliked having to look for another buyer or seller because I didn't have an income coming in without having to go out a getting a JOB! I didn't want to say this but I'm a little lazy, yes I am and chasing after someone elses real estate or buyers of someone elses real estate was just not for me to just make a commission or a living, but on the other hand I do like finding great  deals to build MY OWN real estate portfolio. So FOR ME that's why I started building this business because I am building residual income first so then I can invest my own income into my own real estate income producing portfolio of great deals that are out there!
So anyway back to the local seminar. Its gonna be a good one, I have a good group going and that makes me excited, to be able to expose my team to a powerful business builder like Kieth Doyle. My business is still in its infancy so the more of my team I expose to true business leaders the better chances I have to reaching my business goals too. You know a business partner once said to me "why do I have to keep coming to these things"? OMG I couldn't believe she said that! Because you need to LEARN! When YOU are the speaker that's when Maybe you know you learned something!!!
