Antioxidants are not all equal

Antioxidants are not all created equal & they do not take place of typical vitamins & minerals. The most common antioxidant is your typical vitamin C & E. Most of us know that vitamin C promotes a healthy immune system but it also helps maintain healthy cholesterol levels. Vitamin E promotes normal healing & protects cell membranes from free radical damage. I remember back in the day I was probably 11 or 12 hearing about how vitamin E was good for the complexion. I would take a couple of vitamin E pills into a hot shower poking a hole with a needle & squeezing the oil onto my face for a healthier complexion :)
Most people don't know about Oligermic Proanthocyandins O-what?..... also known as OPCs. I didn't either until a few years ago. These antioxidants I think are cooler than your typical Cs & Es. OPCs are a group of closely related compounds found in cranberries, blueberries, green & black teas. The most powerful OPCs are grape seed extract & maritime pine bark. Grape seed extracts have great concentrations of vitamin E flavinoids, linoleic acid & phenolic. The maritme pine bark has pycnogenol.  Pycnogenal optimizes production of nitric oxide in the artery walls, allows better blood flow & reduced pressure. It does wonders for the skin too. OPCs are shown to be 20 times more powerful than vitamin C & 50 times more potent than vitamin E. OPC studies show help with varicose veins, ADHD, asthma, & allergies. I personally know people who have had incredible testimonials with Isotonix OPC3 with cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure, chronic fatigue & much much more. There is so much information on OPCs it's amazing. I have 2 great books on the subject Live better longer & Harvesting Natures Anti aging Bounty both are short books for those who are not into reading a 500 page book.
I personally noticed that when I was in my mid twenties I was always really tired very low energy or no energy. By my mid early thirties I started a fitness regimen, for over 2 years of working out consistently 5 times a week, I was still very tired. By 2 pm I would get so sleepy it was a bit scary for a while. I was feeling something was wrong with me. I was spinning 4 times a week but it was agonizing pushing through my workout. When I first started on my Isotonix OPC3 regimen, I remember I was taking it for about a week, I was in my spinning class & by the middle of my workout just before I would normally be wishing it would be over, I suddenly got a huge burst of energy. The burst of energy was so amazing it was exhilarating. I got chills all over my body. I had never had that feeling before, it was even weird. I thought to myself, wow that stuff really works. I have been taking my all my Isotonix supplements for years now. I can truly say I feel more energetic, stronger & even healthier today than when I was in my twenties & thirties. I feel I did reverse some oxidative stress & free radical damage. I really was feeling rusty there for some time. I live by my Isotonix line of antioxidants & vitamins. I drink them all because I really feel they are working. If you don't feel your vitamins working you have to really think, are they really working? I know there are many supplements on the market so do your research carefully.
I remember months before I started my isotonix regimen I had purchased an over the counter 1 a day supplement. I always would forget to take them. You know why you forget to take them? Because if you don't feel it why take them right? If you do take vitamins or antioxidants you should feel them, if not why are you taking them? Even if you are taking isotonix & you don't feel them, like a burst of energy going through your bloodstream,  I guarantee you are not taking them correctly or consistently. Very important when taking your isotonix use the correct exact amount of powder & water. Always use filtered water to mix & use room temperature water it makes a huge difference! And most of all take them daily! Believe it or not I learned that from doctors who really believe in the Isotonix line & they recommend it to their patients. Amazing huh & you thought we just had great makeup ;)
