in the Bar, Tu CanciĆ³n and El Alcazar, who are known for its
vibrant colors, movement and texture, paired with Ella Bella RoZio’s Couture collection of unique and umcomprable
artistic designs. Their use of intricately tailored silks and imported
embellishments, intertwine the story told between fashion and art.
During the event, guests will have an opportunity

Benitez’s beloved aunt in Havana, who was a couture seamstress. The special painting will be available to

ABOUT THE ARTIST
HUMBERTO BENITEZ
Born in Havana, Cuba in 1960, Humberto
came to the United States at the age of nine from the small town of Guanajay,
located in western Pinar del Rio. The
tender years of his childhood is the foundation of much of Humberto’s
inspiration. During his early years in Guanajay, he developed a youthful
fascination with the visual effects of blending charcoal with the native red
clay soil. This humble yet perceptive groundwork evolved into his own method of
blending the colors with the environments of his pieces, thereby creating the
incredible visualizations of movement and light associated with his paintings.
"Casa de Fiesta", one of Humberto Benitez’s largest published works,
received media acclaim from NBC 6 Prime Time. He was also commissioned by
Oceania Cruise Lines for work on two ships, which are currently on permanent
installation aboard the Marina and
the Riviera. His work is collected
nationally and internationally.
