SELECTION VS RECRUITING

Its feeling great now! Im really learning my business. I have now come to the reality that some people dont deserve this opportunity. People with excuses are losers! So how do we weed out those losers? Well when you find someone who says they are interested dont recruit them! Get their names list. Contact that names list ASAP. You will find people within that list that are GONOW. What does that mean? That means they are ready and excited about the new opportunity you just presented. Then you go back to the original lead and ask ARE YOU READY? Then they give you an excuse or dont even your answer calls. Now it really doesnt matter becuase you got the real deal. So now you can say. "I dont care if YOU DO IT! I got your people!" And that my friend is the Selection Process rather than the Recruting Process. ;)))
