We are Doing the CHALLENGE with Carlos Marrero!!!!

Wow how exciting, last night we had our 1st call for the Motives Challenge with Motives Trainer of the year Carlos Marrero also multiple Presidents Challenge winner. The presidents challenge is the hardest challenge we have and Carlos Marrero has won it 5 consecutive times. Carlos & I are not financially connected but because Carlos & I started about the same time I know him for a while and I adore him! I have seen him blossom into an Amazing Leader! Carlos is a Professional Coordinator which means he earns over $4500 on a 4 week pay cycle. I asked him if he would help Mentor my team to Win the Motives Challenge for our February World Conference 2012. Carlos says I inspired him to do Motives because hes been seeing me for over 2 years coming to trainings & events alone and when I dove into Motives he saw the Momentum I built with Lilly. So of course he became a Motives and now he also is building Motives. So for me it is an honor to have him Mentor us. I believe we are going to hit many Pin Levels. One Team One Dream.
