Becoming A master salesperson ;)

Selling……Who loves to sell?! Ugh! if I only knew the damage that I was doing to myself I would of stopped saying” I don’t like to sell”. 

Quick story I was 19-20 years old and was unemployed in Miami with a 3 year old child.  I had a friend that told me I could make a lot of money selling cars. Well I wasn’t too crazy about the idea, my previous job was selling furniture,  I did well, so since I needed a job I went for it. I remember going to the dealer and like sharks all the salespeople attacked me trying to sell me car without even asking first what I was there for.  I remember feeling very uncomfortable and didn’t like it so I didn’t follow through and always had this horrible idea of salespeople. Tell me how many people don’t like selling because they have been approached in that sort of way by pushy salespeople that makes you NOT LIKE selling or salespeople? I’m sure there are many. So it’s no wonder that for years I had this trauma about selling and didn’t even know it.
Recently I noticed that I my personal sales were getting worse and worse in real estate and my home based business. This was becoming to be very embarrassing even depressing! I love my products they are all life changing, amazing & I am my #1 best customer, so what’s my problem????  I decided to really ask myself. This turned out to be another huge argument with myself when I got to the truth! What’s worse my conscious mind was the bully in this dilemma the whole time!  I asked my conscious mind “Annette what is your problem why are you not selling”? Then my subconscious mind said “Annette you always say that you hate selling so if you say that all the time that means you are focused on you hate to sell rather than becoming SUCCESSFUL so you can’t complain about your results. Find out what you are REALLY saying and Attracting” UGH!!! Another upsetting realization! This goes back to the LAW OF ATTRACTION!!  I could have saved many years if I was really paying attention! That’s it!  I decided to study the ART of A Master Salesperson. What is a MASTER SALESPERSON??  An individual who has SELF CONFIDENCE & a PLEASING PERSONALITY!
When I read that definition I cringed!!! What? So I been ruining my self-confidence & personality all on my own???!!! Yes I was! Pay attention, how can you Master something when you are doing something else?
A Master Salesperson is not about being up in front of some ones face pushing your product or service until they buy. A Successful Master Salesperson simply is a person with the Right Attitude, Superior Self Confidence & a Pleasing Personality. Top that with a product or service that he or she is passionate & truly believes in the successful master salesperson simply educates prospects and closes the sale without even breaking a sweatJ.
Ok so I need to focus on my self Confidence & personality? Yes! That was my problem and so many people want to disguise this problem by having the “I don’t like to sell” attitude and what you are really saying is you lack Self Confidence and probably your personality Stinks!!! OUCH! There I said it! Well I can say that now because I know what my problem was. But what am I going to do about it?? Look at your results and LISTEN to what YOU are saying! I have taken it upon myself to study my mentor. Loren is a SUCCESSFUL MASTER SALESPERSON with superior Self Confidence & the most pleasing personality that she is electrifying.
Look at the confidence of these successful master sales business women! That's how I aim to be!
And the prodcuct ROCKS!
