Do it today or regret it tomorrow!

"Do it today or regret it tomorrow" That is what my trainer said this morning. 
That is so true in so many ways. Every morning you have a choice you can stay sleeping & dream about what you want or wake up and chase your dreams!!!

Every day that you let go by and say "Oh I will do it tomorrow"
the only one you are cheating is You! If you don't chase your dreams who is? If you don't become obsessive over what you want its never going to happen! So many people think that what ever they want will just show up one day without ever breaking a sweat.

Its never going to happen unless YOU make is happen! I don't care what it is! 
the same time today will be the same time tomorrow but with a day less because you wasted another day!
It will never be the right time unless YOU make it the right time!
Don't wait for the sun to align with the moon or the next solar eclipse because chances are it wont be a good day anyway & then you just lost another opportunity

So weather you want to 
lose weight, 
get fit, 
get healthy 
or become a successful entrepreneur 
YOU and only YOU can Makeup your mind to just do it! 
Don't wait on anybody or anything else & just do it today!
Really DO IT TODAY what ever IT is or seriously 
You will regret it Tomorrow!

Wishing or willing?

I hear it all the time & we do it all the time, we are making wishes about what we want in life. Wishing is great, I wish all the time. But there is a big difference between wishing & willing. People need to understand what they really mean. I guess we all want to believe in the magic genie. I mean its really easy to wish isn't it? Yes, its the easiest thing to do. In this business you wish for all you want. Yes that's right I teach people to wish for what they want & to really believe that you are going to get it. I wish for so many things. I have my vision board right in front of me & all day long I'm wishing for all the things I'm asking for. Wishes for my business, for my health, for great relationships on & on. I am a professional wisher! My family must think I'm crazy but they support me because they see how passionate I am about all this wishing. They see how much I work, & they see that I don't give up, no matter what. So being that I am a professional wisher I looked into that magic genie & asked what do I need to do in order to get what I want? There is conflicting things said about this magic genie. Some think that you wish & it just happens, lol yea maybe when you're a kid. I hear it all the time how people who are wishing say something like "I'm going to give this another year to see what happens" OK I'm thinking.... this person hasn't done anything since they registered their business so why would they say that, what do they think is gonna happen divine intervention? So I scratch my head & wonder what are they thinking?? Well apparently many people really believe that because they are wishing that its just gonna happen some day.....but remember how I said I am a professional wisher? Being a professional wisher means that there is a trick to all this wishing stuff... When you wish for something & Really believe that you deserve it funny things happen. No not that you are gonna wake up & its all done! No its not gonna happen! The funny things that happen is Opportunities to make your wishes come true. You are probably thinking what I am talking about. Opportunities are showing up in Your face all the time for You to take advantage & Do what needs to be done! But so many people get these Opportunities & don't move forward to making their wishes come true! So many people are wishing but not willing! I love to apply wishing & willing to my weight loss challenge. I have on my vision board a vision of me being healthy, fit , strong & slim so when the Opportunity to lose weight came Again hello....I was willing to do what it takes to lose weight & reach my fitness goals. But some people just sit there & wish all the time! I hear it all the time. "I wish this & I wish that" But then they don't even Show up to their own wishes! So are you wishing or willing??? Are you wishing to be successful or are you willing to do what needs to be done to be successful??? Don't come crying when your business is not working if you are not Willing to work for your business & do what needs to be done to make your wishes come true. Its NOT going to just happen! For real its not! You will Not get up one day and have this business built. It will never happen! I'm sorry if that's what you thought. Listen I was a bit disappointed too when I thought that one day I would wake up & it would all be done. But there is no magic genie. I was really truly upset when I discovered it. But then reality hit & I found the truth! The truth is we still got work for it. It can still happen & it will happen for you but you still have to work for it! Sorry if you want it you will have to be Willing to work for it. The opportunity is there but its not going to happen if you don't get up & do it. I know its hard to accept but the sooner you get up and do it the faster you can make it happen!

It is All about the journey

When you are learning to define what your dreams & goals are, funny things begin to happen. Well actually they are not funny at all, kind of irritating though. But that's when you need to be sure you have those Dreams & Goals written out so you understand why you are doing what you are doing. When those irritating funny things happen you will understand that's suppose to happen :/ I admit, when I started on this lets call it "Program" at first I thought it was going to be allot easier. But then if it was easy everyone would qualify! After learning more about this "program"I realized that this was Bigger than I thought. I have been trained to write out my Dreams & Define what I really want. I don't know how many times I have heard that from different Successful Leaders to define what We Really Want! They really pound that. So I went back numerous times & have defined what I really want. That's why I'm still here! I said & wrote that I want to be one of the most Successful Women in this Industry! I want people to know my name because of the huge impact I made in building leaders. I want to know how that feels! I want to have leaders in countries that I don't even know how to speak the language!! :) I wrote those dreams in the beginning, put them away & everytime the______ hits the fan I go back & read them. Wow, Its all about the Journey! How am I suppose to be one of the most successful women in this industry & not have a Journey to talk about?? Duh? I have realized so many times that no one successful just got there. I mean Real Success the one I defined. That's where they get you! You have to really define what you want & Success feels a certain way. There will be pain! Success feels breathtaking. Well that's how I feel when I read my dreams & goals they take my breath away that's how I know I want them!
I am so much more successful than I was years ago, years ago I didn't even know anyone now I have Leaders expanding distribution in my organization & I haven't even met them yet ;) That's exciting!
I have been studying many successful people not just this industry but every industry especially athletes, singers, actors. They all have something in common they did go through a Journey & its up to you to make it a great journey or a crappy journey. Obviously if you make it a great journey the pain will not be as bad because you know whats the prize, you Defined what you wanted. But if we are going to get upset about the little stupid things like having a business partner quit that never did anything anyway! hello? come on! or a customer returning a lipstick because it doesn't look like the color in the catalog or losing a commission check because you didn't do what you were suppose to! Yes all those things are really crappy & I have had much worse things happen to me. But how the _ am I suppose to be the most successful woman in this industry if I didn't go through all that crappy stuff? So come on guys I know sometimes this is not a walk in the park but if you really understand what you really bought into you will understand that the only person making it difficult is You! Don't get mad for real sit back & really think about what really happened. Most of all think about what you wrote as your Dreams & Goals. Some of You haven't even written them down so why are you even complaining Shame on You! You don't even know why you are really doing this and You get upset over something so stupid. This is a business & the sooner we treat it like a business & follow the program the faster we will enjoy the Journey! Lets make this an Amazing journey follow the system learn implement grow & lets make this happen!

Becoming A master salesperson ;)

Selling……Who loves to sell?! Ugh! if I only knew the damage that I was doing to myself I would of stopped saying” I don’t like to sell”. 

Quick story I was 19-20 years old and was unemployed in Miami with a 3 year old child.  I had a friend that told me I could make a lot of money selling cars. Well I wasn’t too crazy about the idea, my previous job was selling furniture,  I did well, so since I needed a job I went for it. I remember going to the dealer and like sharks all the salespeople attacked me trying to sell me car without even asking first what I was there for.  I remember feeling very uncomfortable and didn’t like it so I didn’t follow through and always had this horrible idea of salespeople. Tell me how many people don’t like selling because they have been approached in that sort of way by pushy salespeople that makes you NOT LIKE selling or salespeople? I’m sure there are many. So it’s no wonder that for years I had this trauma about selling and didn’t even know it.

Recently I noticed that I my personal sales were getting worse and worse in real estate and my home based business. This was becoming to be very embarrassing even depressing! I love my products they are all life changing, amazing & I am my #1 best customer, so what’s my problem????  I decided to really ask myself. This turned out to be another huge argument with myself when I got to the truth! What’s worse my conscious mind was the bully in this dilemma the whole time!  I asked my conscious mind “Annette what is your problem why are you not selling”? Then my subconscious mind said “Annette you always say that you hate selling so if you say that all the time that means you are focused on you hate to sell rather than becoming SUCCESSFUL so you can’t complain about your results. Find out what you are REALLY saying and Attracting” UGH!!! Another upsetting realization! This goes back to the LAW OF ATTRACTION!!  I could have saved many years if I was really paying attention! That’s it!  I decided to study the ART of A Master Salesperson. What is a MASTER SALESPERSON??  An individual who has SELF CONFIDENCE & a PLEASING PERSONALITY!

When I read that definition I cringed!!! What? So I been ruining my self-confidence & personality all on my own???!!! Yes I was! Pay attention, how can you Master something when you are doing something else?

A Master Salesperson is not about being up in front of some ones face pushing your product or service until they buy. A Successful Master Salesperson simply is a person with the Right Attitude, Superior Self Confidence & a Pleasing Personality. Top that with a product or service that he or she is passionate & truly believes in the successful master salesperson simply educates prospects and closes the sale without even breaking a sweatJ.

Ok so I need to focus on my self Confidence & personality? Yes! That was my problem and so many people want to disguise this problem by having the “I don’t like to sell” attitude and what you are really saying is you lack Self Confidence and probably your personality Stinks!!! OUCH! There I said it! Well I can say that now because I know what my problem was. But what am I going to do about it?? Look at your results and LISTEN to what YOU are saying! I have taken it upon myself to study my mentor. Loren is a SUCCESSFUL MASTER SALESPERSON with superior Self Confidence & the most pleasing personality that she is electrifying.
Look at the confidence of these successful master sales business women! That's how I aim to be!
And the prodcuct ROCKS!

Failure

How can I start talking about this in a positive way??? There is a lesson I just learned on FAILURE. At first I thought I read the lesson chapter wrong because I thought why would this book have that lesson? But I continued reading on this important awful subject named FAILURE. Discoveries……Wow when you discover them it’s truly Amazing. I recently learned about the conscious mind & the sub conscious mind. This other Mind that is the subconscious Mind or whatever, I’m not a science buff so I think that’s why I got my Ah-hah moment a little later rather than sooner. Anyways, this other Mind that I didn’t think so much about wanders all the time! I just learned why I procrastinate! In this other Mind this is what has been happening in mine, we all have this other Mind, but my dum dum mind ON ITS OWN it is AFRAID of FAILURE! That was really one of the most absurd things I ever discovered!  I CANT BELIEVE that my subconscious mind was AFRAID of FAILURE!!!!Why??? How can that be??? I’m not AFRAID of anything! Ok, maybe high balconies & bridges but I love roller coasters J But that’s it I'm not AFRAID of Anything! Well yes it’s true! That’s why I have procrastinated! I was supposed to be way much higher on the SUCCESS ladder but because this Subconscious Mind has been saving all this sensitive STUFF that bothered me it stored in this part of my subconscious Mind and it’s created this FEAR of FAILURE all by itself, so therefore IT MAKES ME PROCRASTINATE because of this Fear. To discover this about my mind has made me VERY UPSET, how dare my OWN MIND SABOTAGE ME!!??? I had a very big arguement with myself! Well yes it’s TRUE! It’s been doing this for years!!!! Its the famous you don’t know, what you don’t know and you don’t know that you don’t know kind of episode!  This is a TRUTH that is very hard to understand but when you truly GET THIS that’s when you MAKE UP your mind! HAHA get it MAKEUP your mind ;) lol but seriously here let’s get back on track. You JUST MAKEUP  your MIND and say Im doing this the RIGHT WAY!

Ok EXAMPLE when I am supposed to do something that I know is very important somewhere in this other STUPID untrained Mind that we all have, if you don’t have control over it, it automatically will Sabotage you in autopilot without you even realizing it and in turn you don’t do the things you are supposed to do, therefore that’s where the excuses and laziness come from!!!!  I got so angry when I learned this I truly even cried…..THE NERVE! I could not believe that I have had this following me everywhere and didn’t even KNOW it! No wonder!!!!UGH I was so pissed! Now that I KNOW this other Mind does whatever it wants UNLESS I learn that FAILURE is ONLY TEMPORARY Defeat, I FACE FAILURE right in its face and say “There is no Failure the only FAILURE is if I don’t DO IT!” and I am training my MIND to kick my subconscious minds BUTT and tell it…….”Annette if you don’t do what you have to do guess what? YOU ARE A FAILURE and your stupid subconscious mind has won! And I be dammed if I would let something so crazy happen!!”

So it is very important to pay attention to your Actions, if you are not doing what you should be doing then you ARE AFRAID OF FAILURE and you don’t even know it! Find out why you are not DOING what you are SUPPOSE to be Doing to be Successful and you will be surprised that it has been all your fault the whole time & you didn’t even know it because you were too busy blaming everyone else!
