Best of all the MAWC2014 is here in Miami at the American Airlines Arena starting this Thursday February 6, 2014! How cool is that!? There are thousands of people from all over the world coming to this incredible event. People literally spending thousands of dollars just to get to Miami to make it to this ever so important convention. If there is a short cut to success this is it! The training that you need if you want to be a successful unfranchise owner. Its like if you want to be a doctor you have to go to a lot of years medical school forever! Well if you want to be a successful unfranchise owner you have to go to all the conventions! That's your education! I feel a little guilty because convention is so much fun :) You get 6 months of intensive training in a 3 day all day action packed concert setting but in reality you are really learning I promise. You have the opportunity to see all the new Motives products & massive growth. There is always something new with wellness & anti aging. My favorite is always business building. The energy that is in that arena is indescribable you just have to be there to experience it! ;)

Wow what a great Saturday. I went to my local business seminar and absorbed so many great ideas & business building tips. I knew Carlos Marrero was going to rip the roof off. What a blast! I learned so much from him. I got a ton of new blog posts from this training. A list of books I have to read, because successful people are ferocious readers so I'm going to have to get on the ball with my reading log. I know that anything worth having you have to work really hard. I know that all though I think I'm working hard I'm still avoiding what I Really need to be doing. I'm always busy doing all this other stuff and avoiding the painful work. Its like working out and not doing the exercises that you don't like because they are too painful....but when in reality those are the exercises you should be doing to get the best results. Yes I'm so guilty of that. No not the workout part, actually I do push myself to do those routines that I use to not like. I'm very committed to my workout maybe that's why I'm getting such great results. I also have the greatest trainer in Miami ;) I'm guilty of avoiding the painful work I should be doing to grow my business. The result producing work that I constantly avoid doing by doing all this other work that is not productive. You know what I'm talking about. Those painful things that are so scary that your palms get sweaty, your heart starts racing & it feels like you are going to throw up when you do it yea that stuff. Carlos Marrero irritated me so much to stop making excuses about the painful work because that's what I need to do in order to make it happen. So I have made up my mind to apply the same commitment & discipline that I have been applying to my workout & apply it to my business. Today I wrote a list of the things I had to do I had 4 very painful things and I did it!
OMG I did it & it wasn't even painful at all! I couldn't believe it. No sweaty palms no heart racing I didn't even feel like I had to throw up. After the 1st one I was like wow that was easy!!! Blown away! Thanks Carlos XOXOXO!
Miami its this Saturday already the MA-Shop.com local business seminar with my best friend and super celebrity Carlos Marrero. Its no secret that I absolutely adore & admire Carlos Marrero. I am his #1 biggest cheerleader. For those who don't know him, Carlos Marrero is the most absolutely fabulous person I know in this business! Carlos Marrero is a successful fashion illustrator who is so fashionable, funny, talented, artsy & so cute! Its like having my own Ricky Martin!
Carlos has won the most hardest business building challenges like over 100 times in a row! Ok I lost count after he hit 5 in a row. He has always wowed me. He always has Motiv-ated me way before he decided to mayor in Motives. I remember like it was yesterday when he called me to ask me "Annette what do you think if I mayor in Motives? " I couldn't believe he asked me that! I said "OMG Carlos of course you should mayor in Motives you are an artist & you are so fashionable, cool and amazing" well like a said I Am Carlos's number #1 cheerleader! He is my mentor!
I was truly honored that The Carlos Marrero would ask me for guidance wow! Carlos became Motives trainer of the Year in less than 6 months! I was shocked...no I wasn't! No matter what training he does he totally rocks the house! He is just so real..If you are serious about building this business you need to be there.
Carlos Marrero hands down is the best trainer this company has and to train with him not even 45 minutes away is truly priceless. So lets carpool don't miss it!

At the last minute we lost our location, Monica our Orlando business partner totally freaking out thought of everything & everyone until she thought about her boss Professor Zedd. This is where I totally believe in the 2nd greatest tip to practice in life. Just ask! If you don't ask its definitely always a No.
So Monica asked & got a Yes! The location was perfect, great parking, great space & most of all a great audience. I also want to thank my amazing business partners Monica Camacho & Christina Benavides for truly working it!
First of all I want to start with that I am not a political individual. I truly dislike politics with a passion. So lets take this as just a suggestion, I don't want to get into a political debate here. Its no secret that many people are complaining about our country. I hear it all the time everywhere. I have also heard that Hilary Clinton may be running for President whenever President time comes around again. I really love the idea of a woman running this country. I think that's what we really need. I believe that if a woman runs this country we may solve all of our problems! For real! Yes of course it will solve our problems, look at countries that have a Queen that rule....need I say more?? Although I do like Hilary, she looks like she is still bitter with what happened with her husband back when he was President :/ Hey, I'm just saying, she does look upset all the time.....I think she is still mad about the whole thing :)

I'm excited to report the explosive growth my business has in Mexico. I recently met with my newest super star business partners Irma Escalera & Blanca Perales both are from Mexico. Irma was 1st introduced to the company this February when she came to the MA-shop.com convention in Miami. She was just evaluating the business but once she saw what this company was all about she was extremely impressed & registered her business this March. Since then Irma Escalera is on fire! I met Irma and Blanca, who is one of Irmas new business partners a few weeks ago at the MA-Shop.com Greensboro convention. We were texting each other for 2 days but kept missing each other at the coliseum because there are so many people at the convention. Finally on the last day we set up to meet at the Motives booth. Irma & Blanca were so excited with all the new tools, technology & products that the company has launched. This was Blancas 1st event so she was still in a little shock, hmm.....wait until she comes to Miami ;) We were huddled in a corner talking when Loren walked next us and a heard of people just mobbed the scene. Irma really wanted a picture with Loren but Lorens guards were not letting anyone get through. I told Irma go to straight to Loren she always says yes. So my girl on fire dodged the body guard went straight to Loren asked for a picture & of course Loren said "yes sweetie", and they got the picture.
After the picture Irma & Blanca pumped up with the energy that Loren permeates asked "What do I need to do to be successful?" What? That was music to my ears! Quickly I told both of them "after the convention meet me at the host hotel & we will go over an action plan" We all agreed took a group picture, I even caught my self saying "Orale" apparently its a very widely used word like an "Aloha" type of word, anyway we all left & I went back to my seat. That evening after the convention by the time I got to the hotel Irma & Blanca were already there. Irma already had an action plan drawn out! Can this get any better or what? Bottom line is that I'm am truly excited with this super star girl Irma. She has taken the bull by the horns & has launched a solid business foundation in 5 months wow! Her goal is to bring at least 10 new business partners to Miami for the convention in February 2014. I believe she can the girl is on fire! Looks like I will be visiting Mexico before the year is over Orale!

There are so many business opportunities popping up everywhere it's hard to choose right?
I admit we probably lose out a lot because my opportunity is not a Cheap opportunity. You know I'm glad that we are not cheap, being a cheap opportunity only brings you more headaches. It's hard enough to build a networking business but making it cheaper so that we can Get more people In is just a waste of time! It is! Do you really think people are going to be serious about an opportunity that cost $50 or even $100 to get started? Very, very few are serious. You can sure recruit tons of people with that price tag but the truth is that most people who Sign Up to those programs will not be serious. I get business partners all the time all bummed out because someone they were courting ends up Signing Up with some Micky mouse program. You know what they tell them? "Oh well it was cheaper so that's why I signed up with them" Ugh for real! Are they really going to use that stuff?
Everyone is looking for a better way, everyone needs to make extra money but please don't sign up to a business opportunity only because it is cheaper! I really am glad that we cost more than others because you get more for your money, it cant & should not get any cheaper ever! It's easy to throw $100 away so people don't even do any research about what they are about to do. Most people that sign up to a cheap program have the wrong idea of what they signed up to then they don't do anything & then they blame the company because they claim it didn't work! Headaches I tell you!
Listen I'm not saying that other programs don't work at all, everything works if you work it! That's the truth! Hey some people just want to make a quick buck & move on & that's OK too, but if you are serious about building true ongoing income do your research first & if you are looking for something that will last then really cross your Ts & dot your i's because this company has years of changing the economy with hundreds of millionaires who continue to earn ongoing 6-7 figure incomes for 10-15 & 20 years & they are still with the same company. Hundreds of thousands who are earning additional ongoing income with a lot less people which equals a lot less headaches.
