I'm so excited about starting my new cycling classes. Those who know me know that I have become this fitness junkie and I recently certified with Mad dogg Athletics to teach (Spinning) cycling classes. It all happened so fast but it was a while that I was contemplating teaching. I love to Spin, bike, cycle or what ever they want to call it now a days. Cycling is a great exercise for a healthier, stronger, heart & it does wonders for your legs!
Like I said it all happened so fast, as soon as I certified I applied at a well known fitness center and they called me the next day. I was hired within that following week. Yikes! Fast forward just 4 classes later yearning for Real growth and a challenge ..... I visited a local fitness studio literally steps away from my house and I found the perfect new gig for my cycling passion! This is even better than what I was looking for! I'm starting new classes with these cool bikes called Real Ryders, I am in love with them! They are so comfortable they feel like if you are really riding a bike with movement. It does take some learning but just like all fitness you have to start somewhere.
So I'm setting up 3-4 classes per week. I'm an early person so I'm looking to do a 6am-7am class..... Yes 6am-7am Tuesday-Thursday, a cycling class that early in the morning will give you wings to fly!
Also since I am such an early bird even on the weekends I want to do a 9am Saturday class. They already have a 10am class taught by Leo which by the way was Awesome!
Pilar the owner even mentioned doing a Sunday class. Oh yes I will do it!
Anyway I'm so excited I'm jumping out of my skin! I'm still working on the details of course. They offer a free class and a discount coupon for the monthly membership. Body Matrix also offers personal training & Pole dancing!!....OMG I have a ton of girls who want to learn pole dancing! ;) I have to talk to Pilar about those classes ;)
But yes if you are looking to shape up your heart and strengthen those legs or vice versa take up some cycling classes and your on your way there.

Yes it's Easter this weekend and I'm playing with makeup again. Why not? I love what I do.... who said you can't have your Easter chocolate and makeup too?

Thanks to my friend Diane Superville of Whet Travel I was able to coordinate a 3 Night Royal Caribbean cruise to the Bahamas and the best part I get to bring my trainer to workout! Is that awesome or what?! Whats even better anyone who reserves those dates will get this great price and you can workout with my trainer weather you train with "Get Pumped" or not. That means you get to party all night and the next morning...... but only if you want to get rid of those evil toxic devils from the night before you can come out to the deck or wherever "Mommy Dearest" Beth decides to workout and you can exercise those evil toxins away. I love it! I'm so excited ;) Its going to be a blast!
And if that wasn't enough we will also have a makeup workshop on Saturday for those who want to learn a quick cruise look for the night with award winning Motives cosmetics on board.

Here we go again the next Motives Pop up shop in Miami by popular demand! So much is happening with my cosmetic line & the company just continues to grow so fast it is overwhelming to catch up. So......the goal is to host a minimum of 1 Motives Pop-up shop every month for our ever growing audience & continue to Motive-ate the world! OK so I have been lost for a while. But not one day goes by that I'm not working my business. I just moved and I was without Internet for 2 weeks, I just got internet today! Yay..... This was a very, very stressful move but in the chaos of my ever so eventful life ;).........

"Do it today or regret it tomorrow" That is what my trainer said this morning. That is so true in so many ways. Every morning you have a choice you can stay sleeping & dream about what you want or wake up and chase your dreams!!!
Every day that you let go by and say "Oh I will do it tomorrow" the only one you are cheating is You! If you don't chase your dreams who is? If you don't become obsessive over what you want its never going to happen! So many people think that what ever they want will just show up one day without ever breaking a sweat. Its never going to happen unless YOU make is happen! I don't care what it is! the same time today will be the same time tomorrow but with a day less because you wasted another day! It will never be the right time unless YOU make it the right time! Don't wait for the sun to align with the moon or the next solar eclipse because chances are it wont be a good day anyway & then you just lost another opportunity So weather you want to lose weight, get fit, get healthy or become a successful entrepreneur YOU and only YOU can Makeup your mind to just do it! Don't wait on anybody or anything else & just do it today! Really DO IT TODAY what ever IT is or seriously You will regret it Tomorrow!
